I swear y'all niKKKaz is CRAZY! Some of y'all live in virtual WAR ZONES yet get upset when someone finally does something to make it better for US! In so far as Congress is concerned, check this out; Members of Congress can be arrested anywhere in the United States, but there are specific constitutional protections that limit when and how they can be arrested.
U.S. Constitution – Article I, Section 6, Clause 1:
"They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same..."+
