Hey look.....this is the 3rd time that the Chi flooded & WE have yet to reach September! At this rate, NYC & the northeast going into Canada will experience the effects of Hurricane Erin & so again, another big WATER EVENT! The question of "where they do that at?" seems to now be answered with, EVERYWHERE!
