Let's start with FIRE & EARTH which together make, LAVA! Which was 1st? At this point, who cares? Volcanoes have now awoken & are dangerous to those around it like in Italy among other places. Sticking closer to home, ya better be aware as to what's happenin' with the Yellowstone Caldera especially near the New Madrid Fault Line (Chicago again). Or how about anywhere in the Pacific Rim? As quiet as it's kept, most who get exposed to volcanic eruptions don't die from the actual lava burning 'em - nah, most who're exposed die as a result of all of the ash choking the air which is also known as, smoke inhalation! As well, if it erupts underwater, it could cause a tsunami affecting shipping meaning, if ya transport goods internationally, ya may have to wait weeks for something that was supposed to come in a week.
